The full structure at a glance
Every reporting line, oversight relationship and committee mandate in one view.
Reporting lines solid; oversight and assurance dashed. Communities, beneficiaries and partners sit at the foot of the chart because everything above exists to serve them.
Governed by a Board of Trustees
PEN is governed by a General Assembly of members, a Board of Trustees, seven standing committees and an executive management team. The organogram above sets out how authority, oversight and delivery are separated.
Individual profiles for the Board, Executive team and Advisory Council are being prepared and will be published here.
